Ben founded White Cloud Concierge in 2019 after recognizing that busy professionals across Salt Lake City were losing their best hours to home-logistics chaos. What started as an experiment in connecting people with trusted solutions became a general contractor for household services — and the foundation of a permanent maintenance record for every home in its care.
His writing draws on first-hand experience across hundreds of services WCC has delivered on Salt Lake City homes — furnaces, roofs, pool equipment, sprinkler systems, and the full seasonal cadence of a Wasatch household. When he is not running WCC, he is skiing, biking, or exploring the canyons with his family.
