Around 2019–2020, founder Ben White recognized something about himself: he had a knack for networking and connecting people with solutions. Early experiments with finder's fees proved too nebulous to build a business around, so Ben dug deeper.
Market research pointed to a clear pain point: home and car maintenance are among the biggest frustrations for busy professionals. White Cloud initially served property managers, but the real opportunity emerged when it became clear that working professionals — doctors, lawyers, engineers — needed help reclaiming their time outside the office.
